BioRenGaz & SEVE 2025 : Youssef’s internship at the heart of methanization innovation

🎓 During the SEVE 2025 ceremony organized at the Phare Citadelle, on June 5, we had the pleasure of seeing Youssef, our end-of-studies intern, represent BioRenGaz by presenting the progress of his work with great clarity and professionalism.

Since the start of his internship, Youssef has been working on the design and production of the industrial pre-series of our new innovative methanization technology, developed for our client SEPPI GAZ .

Here is an overview of the main steps already taken :

🔧 Complete mechanical design of the installation and 3D modeling

📐 Simulations and calculation notes to validate technical choices

🖼️ Creation of visual renderings for internal and external presentations

🤝 Technical exchanges with suppliers and manufacturing teams

💰 Monitoring of manufacturing and operating cost optimization

👉 This internship allows him to develop his skills in industrial design, technical project management and professional communication, while actively contributing to a structuring project for BioRenGaz .
